Automobile test bench plays an important role in the teaching process of automobile maintenance engineering and automobile service engineering, and it is an important means to improve the quality of teaching and training. In this paper, we first study the construction of PASSTB5 fault diagnosis training platform, automotive power supply system, starting system, lighting, instrument and the principle of various sensors and actuators, as well as the common failure mode.
