室内吊顶怎么吊的弹线找平
在吊顶之前，需要先使用水平仪在施工墙面边角进行水平位置的确定，水平线高度一般在50厘米，再加上纸面石膏板的厚度。然后使用墨线在墙面依次弹出吊顶位置。这个也是次龙骨位置最低线，再根据天花吊顶图纸来弹出主龙骨的位置高度，其中主龙骨从天花吊顶的中间向两边扩展，龙骨之间距离最大为1米。同时还应标准清楚吊杆固定的位置，两者间距一般在90厘米到1米之间，如果天花有梁和水管，应多增加吊杆的数量。
室内吊顶怎么吊的固定挂杆
弹线确定好吊顶位置后，则需要进行吊顶挂杆的固定，使用冲击钻在天花顶板依次打孔，嵌入膨胀螺栓进行位置的固定。将吊杆标有数值角码的一头进行电焊，另一头和螺纹杆相焊接，再对吊杆进行防锈处理。在安装吊杆的时候，应确保杆件具有良好的承载力，另外杆件过长的话，需要焊接牢固，如果涉及灯具、通风口位置需要多设吊杆。
室内吊顶怎么吊的龙骨安装
首先需要安装边龙骨，事先应将安装位置弹好线，使用射钉将L形镀锌轻钢条预埋在墙体上，进行固定，需要注意的是射灯之间距离应小于次龙骨间距。
主龙骨应安装在吊杆上，安装方向应和空间长度平行，龙骨距离在90厘米到1米之间。安装主龙骨还需起拱，高度是房间跨度的几百分之一，其中悬臂段不宜超过30厘米，如果大于这个数值，需要另外增加吊杆数量。相近的龙骨接头应错开，在主龙骨挂好后，需要进行调平。另外在主龙骨相隔1.5米处，应架设大龙骨，和主龙骨相互焊接，保障吊顶使用更加牢固。
次龙骨的安装应贴合主龙骨，龙骨间距在30-60厘米，使用T形镀锌铁片将次龙骨固定在主龙骨上面，次龙骨两侧应在L形边龙骨水平处。到这一步，吊顶骨架就大致完成了，需要进行整体的校正工作，看看龙骨是否水平合理，挂杆是否牢固，确保吊顶骨架稳定。
室内吊顶怎么吊的面板安装
吊顶骨架安装好后，则可以进行纸面石膏板的安装，如果采用搁置方法，应将面板进行放平模块安装，每块面板间隙不超过一毫米。如果采用企口方法，则需要将面板四周的开槽部分依次安装在T形龙骨上，这也可以称为吊顶的暗装方式。

现在很多装修的家庭都会选择天花吊顶来适当的装饰，吊顶又分为很多种，比如轻钢龙骨吊顶，轻钢龙骨吊顶，是指用轻钢做成的，用于天花吊顶的主材料，它通过螺杆与楼板相接，用来固定天花或者物体。那么什么是轻钢龙骨吊顶呢？由什么组成呢？下面简单介绍下什么是轻钢龙骨吊顶吧。
◆什么是轻钢龙骨吊顶
轻钢龙骨顾名思义就是用轻钢做成的，具有重量轻，强度高，防水，防震隔音恒温等作用，所以成为了制作天花板的重要材料。轻钢龙骨吊顶，就是我们经常看到的天花板，特别是造型天花板，都是用轻钢龙骨做框架，然后覆上石膏板做成的。轻钢龙骨吊顶按承重分为上人轻钢龙骨吊顶和不上人轻钢龙骨吊顶。轻钢龙骨按龙骨截面可分为：U型龙骨和C型龙骨。按规格可以分为：D60系列，D50系列，D38系列，D25系列。
◆轻钢龙骨吊顶的特点
1、自身质量较轻。
轻钢龙骨是一种轻质材料。用这种材料制作的吊顶自重仅为3～4kg／m2，若用9mm厚的石膏板组成吊顶，则为11kg／m2左右，为抹灰吊顶重量的1／4。隔断的自重为5kg／m2，两侧各装12rnm厚的石膏板组成的隔墙重约25～27kg／m2，只相当于半砖墙质量的1／10。
2、防火性能优良。
由轻钢龙骨和2～4层石膏板所组成的隔断，其耐火极限可达到1．O～1．6h。因此，轻钢龙骨具有优良的防火性能。
3、施工效率较高。
由于轻钢龙骨是一种轻质材料，可以采用装配式的施工方法，因此，其施工效率较高，一般施工技术水平每工日可完成隔断3～4m2。
4、结构安全可靠。
由于轻钢龙骨具有强度较高、刚度较大等优良特点，因此，用其制成的结构非常安全可靠。例如，用宽度为50～150mm的隔墙龙骨制作3．2
5～6．OOm高的隔断时，在250N／m0均布荷载作用下，隔墙龙骨的最大挠度值可满足标准规定的不大于高度1／20的要求。
5、抗冲击性能好。
由轻钢龙骨和9～18mm厚的普通纸面石膏板组成隔墙，其纵向断裂荷载为390～850N，所以其抗冲击性能良好。
6、抗震性能良好。
轻钢龙骨和面层常采用射钉、抽芯铆钉和自攻螺丝类可滑动的连接件进行固定，其抗震性能良好。在地震剪力的作用下，隔断仅产生支承滑动，而轻钢龙骨和面层本身受力甚小，不会产生破坏。
7、可提高隔热、隔声效果及室内利用率。
因轻钢龙骨隔断占地面积很小，如Q75轻钢龙骨和两层12mm石膏板所组成的隔断，宽度仅99mm，而其保温隔热性能却远远超过一砖厚的墙。如果在轻钢龙骨内再填充岩棉等保温材料，其保温隔热效果可以相当于37mm厚度的砖墙体。通常在娱乐场所、会议室、办公室等隔墙或顶棚中采用此种材料施工，不仅可以解决隔声和保温的问题，而且还可以提高室内的利用率。
◆轻钢龙骨吊顶组成
轻钢龙骨吊顶是由吊杆、龙骨、配件及罩面板等部分组成。吊杆装于上层楼板底下，用膨胀头固定，用于吊住龙骨，承受整个吊顶重量，一般由Φ6～Φ8钢筋制成。龙骨分有大龙骨、中龙骨、小龙骨等。大龙骨断面呈U型、中、小龙骨断面有U型、T型两种。
龙骨构成吊顶骨架，用以安装罩面板并承受罩面板重量。龙骨用薄壁钢带轧制而成。配件有垂直吊挂件、纵向连接件和平面连接件。大龙骨垂直吊挂件装于吊杆下端用以吊挂大龙骨，中龙骨垂直吊挂件装在大龙骨上用以吊挂中龙骨，小龙骨垂直吊挂件装在大龙骨上用以吊挂小龙骨。各纵向连接件分别用于大、中、小龙骨的接长。而平面连接件则用于龙骨的直角连接。罩面板装设于小龙骨下面，可采用纸面石膏板、装饰石膏板、钙塑板、矿棉板、石棉水泥板等。
按吊顶龙骨构造方式，有双层及单层两种。中、小龙骨紧贴大龙骨底面吊挂的称为双层构造。大、中龙骨底面同在一水平上，或不设大龙骨直接吊挂中龙骨的称为单层构造，单层构造仅用于不上人吊顶，即轻型吊顶。
◆轻钢龙骨吊顶根据大龙骨承受荷载能力可分为三类：
1、轻型：不能承受上人荷载。
2、中型：能承受偶尔上人荷载，可在其上铺设简易检修马道。
3、重型：能承受上人检修800N集中活荷载，可在其上铺设永久性检修马道。
1轻钢龙骨吊顶施工的材料
(1)轻钢龙骨吊顶的龙骨骨架可以分为U形龙骨骨架和T形龙骨骨架，选择何种类型的龙骨骨架，我们需要根据吊顶的实际需要来进行选择。
(2)无论是U形龙骨骨架还是T形龙骨骨架，其主要部件中都有大、中、小龙骨。吊顶施工中需要用的配件主要有吊挂件、连接件以及挂插件等。
(3)对于吊顶中饰面板的选择，应该根据设计的需要去选择。
(4)吊顶中，需要用到的施工工具主要有：电锯、射钉枪、手刨子、钳子、螺钉刀、扳子以及方尺、钢尺等。
2轻钢龙骨吊顶施工条件
(1)对于轻钢龙骨吊顶，考虑到钢材本身的自重比较重，因此一般需要预埋钢筋混吊杆。对于预埋件的安装，一般情况下是在现浇混凝土楼板或者是预制混凝土楼板缝的时候，进行预埋。
(2)顶面的各种管线以及通风道已经安装完毕。并且已经确定好灯位、通风口以及各种明孔口的位置。
(3)在第一步中要求准备的各种工具以及材料已经准备完毕。
(4)吊顶施工操作平台已经搭建完毕。
3轻钢龙骨吊顶施工工艺
轻钢龙骨吊顶施工流程基本上是按照弹线→安装大龙骨吊杆→安装大龙骨→安装中龙骨→安装小龙骨→安装罩面板→安装压条→刷防锈漆的顺序进行的。
(1)弹线。根据楼层的标高线，还有设计的标高线，沿着墙柱的四周弹顶面的标高线，然后沿顶面的标高水平线，在墙上弹出分档位置线。
(2)安装大龙骨吊杆。在弹好线之后，我们就可以进行正式施工了。根据第一步所弹的顶面的标高水平线还有龙骨的位置线，确定吊杆下端头的标高。然后按照大龙骨的位置线，将吊杆的一端与楼板中已经预埋好的钢筋用螺丝连接固定。
(3)安装大龙骨。在大龙骨吊杆已经安装好之后，我们就可以安装大龙骨了。首先我们先在大龙骨上面预先安装好吊挂件，然后将已经安装好的吊挂件穿入相应的吊杆螺母中，并且将螺母拧紧。
(4)安装中龙骨。大龙骨安装完毕之后，我们接下来要进行的是中龙骨的安装。中龙骨的吊挂件应该按照设计中规定的中龙骨的间距进行安装，然后将中龙骨通过吊挂件安装在大龙骨上面。
(5)安装小龙骨。小龙骨是安装在中龙骨上面的。小龙骨的安装和中龙骨的安装差不多，也是通过吊挂件将小龙骨安装在中龙骨上面的。
(6)安装罩面板。在龙骨的骨架已经安装完毕之后，我们就可以进行罩面板的安装了。安装罩面板的时候，首先按照罩面板的规格进行分块弹线，然后先在中间安装一块作为基准。接着安装其它的罩面板。
4轻钢龙骨吊顶施工注意事项
(1)在吊顶的施工过程中，应该给吊顶的龙骨骨架涂刷防锈漆。
(2)吊顶的房间应该已经完成了墙面以及地面的湿作业和台面的防水工程。
(3)在吊顶施工的过程中一定要注意安全，最好是站在吊顶施工操作平台架上面来进行施工。

6分体式大功率灯延长寿命原因
分体式大功率节能灯初装时稍微复杂，成本稍高，但它克服了一体式大功率节能灯在高温和密闭灯具中寿命会大大宿短寿命的缺点，在后期的使用中也可以大幅降低重购成本和安装人工费用。分体式大功率节能灯延长寿命的关键是电子镇流器的高可靠性和完善的保护电路，否则一切都没有意义了。
分体式大功率灯延长寿命原因：
1、远离热源。电子镇流器内含半导体二极管、三极、电解电容、无极电容、磁环、磁芯等电子元件。随着环境温度的升高，这些电子元件的性能会产生偏差，如三极管的放大倍数增大，电容的耐压下降、漏电流加大等。特别是电解电容，体内的电解液在高温下容易干枯，国外有一工程师在文中提出：同等质量的电解电容，在其他条件相同的情况下，环境温度上升10℃，电解寿命宿短一半。可见，高温对电子镇流器的影响是致命的。
2、能有效设置保护电路。由于不受空间和温度的影响，可以在电子镇流器内设置可靠的抗浪涌电压保护电路;谐波和电磁干扰抑制电路;过流、过电压保护电路;空载保护电路;超温保护电路;灯管断丝;漏气保护电路等。一体式大功率节能灯在刚开灯时电子镇流器温度不高，随着灯点一段时间后，电子镇流器温度可达90-100多度，温差很大，且受灯头塑料件体积限制，无法有效设置完善的保护电路，通常在灯管寿终或出现异常时连镇流器一起烧掉。
