便利商店攻略及秘籍
开市大吉
游戏操作比较方便，鼠标移到每个按钮上都会出现提示。游戏开始有三种难度供选择：猴子玩的、妈妈玩的、博士玩的。有点别扭！这样的提法真是第一次看到。我建议新手们选择“妈妈玩的”，难度比较适中。一开始就选第三种难度可能会打击你的自信心。接下来就是选择你喜欢的连锁便利店，一共有4家店供选择：6－12店，Long-life店，Familiar店，和ON店。其实还有第5家隐藏商店－Fullsoft店（富峰群店）。在选择店家的视窗背景中（注意！不是4家商店的店徽）的一点上连按鼠标左键11下，或选择三个不同的点各连按3下，或者在六个相距较远的点上各按1下，都可以使隐藏商店出现。Fullsoft店的优势是其仓库容积为10400单位，其他4种商店的仓库容积是8000。
下面首先选择店址，这时会有一个自称是“城市规划专家”的家伙出来对你选择的地块作评估。不过不必对他的话太当真。因为他口中适合开店的黄金地段单位地价至少都要六万多，甚至有十多万的。以选择第2种难度为例，起始资金总共才110万。要是在买地的时候花得太多，就没有钱布置店面和进货了。所以选择一块单位地价5万左右，“市口”还过得去的地块就可以了。值得注意的是应该选择离开其他3个竞争对手的店稍微远一点，避免一开始就陷入与他们的直接对抗（等积聚起足够的经济实力再一个个收拾他们）。同时最好选择的地块周围杂货店、超级市场等能够少一些。
接着选择商店规模，在这基础建设方面不要犹豫，一定选最大规模的店面。小花盆是长不出大树的。店面大才能放进足够多的货架与商品，同时接待更多的顾客，也就能更快地收回投资，赚更多的…，七一安！
再接下来就是商店内部的货架布置。这时我不禁想起过去玩过的《模拟医院》和《梦幻西餐厅》，这部分实在太象了。货架的摆放原则就是，在保证顾客能够顺利到达每一个货架前购物的同时在有限的店面里放进尽可能多的货架。因为不同种类的货品必须放上相应的货架才能出售，建议尽量把所有类型的货架都放进去。请各位自己多试试吧，我觉得这是本游戏最有趣的部分。只可惜同《梦幻西餐厅》一样，内部空间还是小了一点，不能尽情发挥。不知将来会不会有游戏公司开发《模拟商厦》、《梦幻大超市》、《第一百货公司》之类的游戏！花了一番心血，终于搞定了货架的摆放。现在可以把你精心设计的方案保存下来，这样以后开分店时就不用再重复劳动了。还可以将自己的商店配置方案保存为STO文件，这样就可以同朋友们交流了。在此提供我的商店布置图供各位参考。
做完内部装修，接下来就要考虑进货、定价了。各式商品还真不少，连“茶叶蛋”都有的卖。甚至还提供复印机、传真机、微波炉这样的服务，真是名副其实的“便利商店”。“便利店”发源于日本，虽然店面不大，但是“麻雀虽小，五脏俱全”，烟酒、饮料、食品、礼物等各式商品应有尽有，再加上上面所说的那些便利服务和每天24小时的营业时间，要是有这么一家店在住宅附近还真不错。现在上海好像已经有这类商店了，也许将来这种“便利店”也会出现在你我的身边。
商品的进货与定价对于商店的经营实在太重要了，也不是一、两句话能够说清的。所以下文会加以详细介绍，请注意看下去。现在诸位不妨先把进货与定价这两步放一放，选择“确定”，直接进入人事部分。请放心，这样对游戏进行没有影响。
店员是商店的支柱，是你赚钱的工具。想想马克思的“剩余价值”论，就知道他们的重要性了。雇佣店员时要注重应征者的等级与能力。1家店总共需要4名店员。首先介绍领导。环卫局的头儿叫局长，派出所的头儿叫所长，所以“便利店”的头儿当然叫店长。店长除了要照顾店里的生意外还要防卫竞争对手的进攻，是最重要的角色，所以要选级别比较高的应征者担任。对于其他三位担任早、中、晚班的店员来说更应注重体力、速度与亲和力这三项能力。体力高的干活不容易累，可以少休息多干活。速度快的可以减少为货架补货的时间，避免让付款的顾客久等。亲和力高的当然容易讨顾客的喜欢。最好选择能力较高而等级较低的，这样不但为今后升级留下空间而且现阶段可以少付工资。还有一条，就是宁可雇佣三项能力比较平均的应征者也不要那些二项能力较高而另一项能力极低的人。
至此，万事俱备，开市大吉！
生意兴隆
等等，还有没备好的，货架上怎么都是空的？没关系，等店长把仓库里的各种商品放上货架就可以开门营业了。哎呀！仓库里也是空的，刚才没进货。对不起，怪我！现在请选择暂停游戏。咱们可以安安心心地进货、定价。
游戏初期最大的困难就是资金不足。在完成买地建店、布置货架这些工作后，起始资金已经用去大半，剩下有限的钱要用来购进一定数量的各式商品，不精打细算的话，一不小心就会出现大量赤字。如果连续2个月在月底结算时出现亏空就会GAME OVER！所以游戏初期也是这个游戏最困难的时期，一定要咬牙挺过去。应该尽快收回投资并赚取尽可能多的利润，这就是我们开店的目的。
对于月饼礼盒、花、糖果礼盒、粽子礼盒之类特定的节日商品，平时的销售量极少，而且进价多在200～300元，如果在开始时就购入的话只能让这部分投资被套牢，所以在游戏刚开始时可以不考虑进货。此外电话卡和储值卡的进价昂贵但利润极低，而且售价不能自行调整，所以在游戏初期也可以不考虑。因为刚开始不知道什么商品会受欢迎，所以宁可先少量进货。对于单价在100元左右的商品可以先购进60单位，单价50元以下的商品可以购进100至200单位。
商品的售价决定了商店的利润，定价太高会引起顾客不满，定价太低则会使商店经营陷入困境。茶叶蛋进价3元，售价可定为5元，利润高达66％，但因为单价较低，所以顾客不会介意。咖啡的定价可以在8元。其他商品的售价可以定为进价的120％。这只是一般的经验，如果你有耐心的话，可以根据顾客们的意见，对各种商品的售价进行1、2元幅度的微调。在保证顾客满意的前提下获得最大的利润。要调查顾客的意见只要双击这个顾客就可以了。顾客的头上如果出现“哈哈大笑”的标记，就是对本店非常满意。如出现“惊叹号”，既可能在是惊叹商店经营有方，也可能是对店容等方面不满。如果出现“问号”，大多数情况是顾客觉得商品定价太高。努力消除顾客的不满，保持顾客的满意度为最高，可使光临商店的顾客越来越多，营业额当然也会步步高升。
在顾客调查中，我发现顾客们的想要购买的商品和对商店的看法都不尽相同，有些想法令人忍俊不禁。有时候我看到一个顾客头上突然冒出“！”，赶快去“点”他，可是结果他却说：“没什么，我只是心情不好。”还有时候得到的回答竟是：“再点我，小心我FORMAT你的硬盘！”这些细节还是做得不错的。
购进的货品会先放进仓库，当资金足够时，仓库的容积就限制了各种货物的进货量。当然，这种情况不会马上出现。现在继续进行游戏，店长会自动把各种商品从仓库中移到货架上。所以对于一种商品来说它的总量应该是货架上的数量加上仓库里的库存量。如果某种商品的库存量减少为0，实际上这种商品可能还没有断货，但这时应该尽快进货了。
为货架充实商品后，就可以打开店门迎接顾客了。在游戏初期资金不富裕的情况下，每次的进货量可以少一些。将游戏速度放慢一点，经常检查一下货架上的商品（双击货架）是否已经卖完、仓库里是否还有存货，并结合“市场调查专家”提供的前十种最受欢迎商品的销量，及时补充进货。如果为了进货而暂时产生一些赤字，还是可以接受的，但是金额不能太多，最好在月初时借钱。在月底结算前应该消灭赤字并保持一定的现金，因为月底要付员工的工资。要是现金余量太少的话，结算时仍然会出现赤字。连续2个月的赤字就会断送辛苦建立的商店（如果有分店就会被迫出售分店抵债），请千万注意。
根据《便利商店》游戏的设计，每星期的工作时间压缩为24小时，也就说每月的营业时间只有4天。店长的工作时间是每天的8:00－22:00（真辛苦），其他时间只有一个当班店员。如果货架空了，而店员又忙于应付顾客、腾不出手时，为避免顾客因为买不到货品而产生不满，可以暂时闭店，让店员将货架补满后再开门。
店员可以在工作中获取经验来升级，其中早班店员升级最快，而店长的升级速度最慢。所以当早班店员的级别超过店长时，就该将他们两个的职务互换。领导干部要能上能下！保证店长由级别最高的店员担任。店长有接受特训的权利，只要按下店长下方的“哑铃”按钮就开始训练了。训练课程分一、二、三级，花费分别是一、二、三万，训练效果则是经验值上升100、200、300点，一周只能训练一次。
店员的薪水一定要和其等级相符。如果薪水给太少，店员会出工不出力。与商店的利润相比店员的薪水只是小事，所以请按照等级给薪。建议一级店员薪水每小时80元，二级店员时薪100元，三级时薪110元…，以后每升一级加10元。店长每升一级，可以加月薪1000元。
每逢节日，就是商店的销售旺季。每个节日都有特定的节日商品，具体如下：

12月中 圣诞节 圣诞卡，圣诞树
12月末 元旦 贺年卡（游戏中仍称为圣诞卡），糖果礼盒

在某个节日到来时，店长会提醒你，此时应该准备一笔资金大批购进特定的节日商品。节日效应的持续时间大约为3个营业日，在此期间，相应的节日商品一般都能够售出300以上，而且还能带动其他商品的销售。抓住这些机会一定能够生意兴隆！
现在提供一些经营方面的密技，但我想也许你不必使用这些密技也能赚大钱。
先暂停营业，选择重新配置商店，等顾客都出去后，在商店编辑画面的商店名称栏中将店名改成密码，然后回车，返回商店主画面。开门营业，密技就会生效了。
1.密码：OhKawaii，呼叫小熊猫；
2.密码：OhKawaiiPart2，呼叫粉红小猫；
3.密码：OhKawaiiPart3，呼叫吃泡面的小新；
4.密码：Jaff，呼叫杰夫；
5.密码：SmallWhite，呼叫吃棉花糖的小白；
6.密码：SmallDuck，呼叫小鸭；
7.密码：OhBabe，呼叫天心；
这些人物可以带许多顾客来店里消费，效果持续12小时。每次只能用一个密技，就是说直到前一个密技的效果消失后，才能使用新的密技。
下面的密技效果更加直接。
密码：IHaveNoMoney，加钱。将商店名称改为“IHaveNoMoney”，回车，返回商店主画面。然后进入“会计专家”视窗，点“会计专家”肖像11次。注意：只有点在那张小脸蛋上才有效。接着就会出现修改现金的选择，每次最多可增加200万，够了吧! 不够的话，再从头来一次，再加200万吧!可连续使用此秘技。
密码：SpaceMan，仓储空间加倍。将商店名称改为“SpeceMan”，回车。到进货视窗看看吧，仓库空间从8000变成16000了!再使用一次秘技，仓库容积还可以再翻翻。
密码：IamSuperMan，修改人物等级。将商店名称改为“IamSuperMan”，回车。然后找“人事专家”，在“人事专家”的脸上按6下，就可启动修改等级的密技，可以将店员的等级一直升到10级！
提醒一句，用完密技别忘了继续开门营业。
财源茂盛
当你不再为进货的资金发愁，可以自由决定进货数量的时候，商店的经营就已经走上正规了。这时可以在每次进货时多进一些，特别是热销商品，免得时不时就要补充库存，还可能造成脱销。
增加营业额的重要手段就是作宣传。宣传手段共有6种，刚开始只能使用“特价”竞争。每增加一家分店就能增加一种宣传方式。越往后出现的宣传手段效果越好，但相应的费用也更贵。
当资金积累一定程度后，为了进一步提高营业额就应该考虑开连锁分店了。开分店可以大幅提升营业额，但是相应的，进货需要的资金也会成倍的上升，同时开分店也意味着要负担更多的员工工资。一旦经营不善，分店不但不能带来新的财源，反而可能成为“便利店”事业发展的“滑铁卢”。所以在决定开分店之前要有足够的资金储备。建议在资金达到100万～150万以上再考虑开第一家分店。以后每想开下一家分店，资金储备就应该比先前再增加150万。
有了分店，仓库容量也增加了。总店与各分店的进货是合在一起的，也就是说只要在一家店进货，就能使增加的库存商品被分配到所有需要货品的连锁店的货架上。但是请注意，每家分店的商品售价是单独设定的。
新的商店需要新的店员，一定要把总店里等级高的店员派到分店去担任店长，因为等级高的店员很难通过招聘获得。如果在开分店时没有招到满意的店员，那么就应该马上找“人事专家”组织招聘，一星期（24小时）之后，就会有人来应征了。赶快把不满意的店员“炒掉”！
在此提供两条人事密技：
1.三个“天心”（天心**是《便利商店》游戏的形象代表）
先关门停业，等所有顾客都出去后，选择商店编辑，在商店编辑视窗的商店名称一栏中把店名改为“SkyHeart”，回车，然后选择“确定”，回到商店的主画面。再进入人事视窗，按下“招聘”按钮。继续营业，一星期后，“人事专家”通知你去面试新人。一个个看过来，就会发现能力超群、与众不同的天心**了!别急，还不止一位呢。再向右找，还有另外两个“天心”，居然都只有4岁！…，为了商店的发展，也只好雇佣童工了。
2.“富峰群”开发组
这条密技只适用于Fullsoft店。用与上面一样的步骤，把店名改成“ WeAreFamily”，回车。回到商店的主画面，同样准备招聘新人。这次来应聘的就是众位“富峰群”开发组的成员了，甚至还夹杂了两个美国影星，全部都是出类拔萃的人物！足有十多个。
随着连锁店一家接一家地开张，财源滚滚而来。有了充裕的资金和得力的店员，接下来就要考虑消灭竞争对手了。除了把分店径直开到竞争对手的旁边，凭借强大的经济实力，展开削价竞争，抢光他们的生意外，再就是利用非常手段了。选择“人事画面”，按下当班店员下的那把小剑，准备进行特攻！店员的等级要二级以上才能执行攻击行动，攻击方式有谎报、闹场、黑函、抢劫、下毒、放火等6种（为了挤垮对手无所不用其极！）。店员的等级越高就能够执行越可怕的任务。当然，对手也会来攻击你的商店，所以应该保证所有分店的店长都由等级最高的店员担任，这样才能防备对手的进攻。
下面提供几条攻击密技：
步骤同上面的密技一样，在商店编辑画面的商店名称栏中将店名改成密码，然后回车，返回商店主画面，就会出现选择攻击对手的画面，接下来在城市画面中选择一家倒霉的商店就可以了。
1.密码：Ilike7，呼叫贞子攻击对手；
2.密码：IAmBad，呼叫克斯拉怪兽攻击对手；
3.密码：EtGoHome，呼叫外星人攻击对手；
4.密码：GoGoAlien，呼叫异形攻击对手；
5.密码：BadDog，呼叫凶恶的贱狗攻击对手；
6.密码：ShinJun，呼叫有章鱼脚的小新攻击对手；
7.密码：SickOfYou，呼叫小苍蝇攻击对手；
8.密码：FatRat，呼叫肥老鼠攻击对手；
9.密码：DoDoLo，呼叫离家出走的多多龙攻击对手。
这些特殊角色每个都能持续扰乱对手营业达12小时。与上面所说相同，每次只能用一个密技。最后还有一条密技，输入密码：5230，回车，可以直接看结束动画。
