首先把适量的紫菜放到碗里。
其次是在加了紫菜的碗里加入盐,鸡精,味精,适量。

最后就是加入锅里的开水,再放入适量的虾皮,香油和葱花,紫菜汤就做好了。
经典汤类有哪些
骨头汤
材料
剃了肉的猪大腿骨(棒子骨2根),姜20克,蒜10克,葱2根,枸杞
做法
一般买骨头的地方,可以请店家帮你把骨头锯成节或者剁成节,这样就不用在家弄得砰砰邦邦的了。
先要将猪骨过水一次:就是先烧一锅开水,将骨头放入煮10分钟左右,(看到骨头表明剩下的肉熟了,或是没有血水了),捞出。用冷水冲洗掉骨头表明的血末,但是注意不要把骨头里面的骨髓洗掉了。
重新烧一大锅开水,水开以后,先放入拍碎的姜,蒜和葱结,煮几分钟,然后将骨头放入。
骨头放入后,大火烧开,盖上锅盖(可以留一个小缝),然后换成中大火煮2-3个小时。
注意想烫熬白,既要就要保持锅内高温。避免老是去揭开锅盖看,让热气散走。
不要担心锅内水烧干而不停的加水,实在想加,另外烧开水加入,不要直接加冷水。如果觉得火太大,宁可改成中火,也避免不停加水。
熬汤时,千万不要忘记而去做别的事情了。
熬汤是不要加盐,盐味这些等喝汤时再加。
我们熬汤一般中途不加水,熬完以后,原本一大锅的水成为半锅乳白色浓汤。这个时候关掉火,将汤面的浮油先清理一下。
这个浓汤,可以直接食用,或者加入开水再煮10来分钟稀释一下食用(人多的时候最好后这样),或者冷却后冷冻起来回头用。

玉米萝卜大骨汤
原材料:玉米棒150克,排骨250克,红萝卜50克,生姜、红枣少许
作法: 1、玉米棒去外皮,切成段,红萝卜切块,排骨砍成块,生姜切处,红枣洗净,备用。排骨汆一下去血水。
2、煲内注入清水(水量自己看着办,多一些),水开后加入姜片、玉米棒、排骨块,用大火煲开,改中火煲40分钟
冬瓜丸子汤
煲汤原料:冬瓜500克、五花肉250克、葱10 克、生粉少许、盐适量、味精适量
制作过程:
1将冬瓜去皮并清洗干净,切成小方块待用。
2把剁碎后的五花肉,加入盐与生粉,捏成肉丸。(不喜欢吃肥的,就用纯精肉吧)
3先将肉丸放置锅中,并加入适量的净水用小火焖煮。
420 分钟后再将冬瓜放入,小火煮15分钟,加入调料,撒上葱花盛出即可。 制作要点:捏肉丸时,一定别忘了加入少量生粉,它可以增强肉丸的牢固性。保持其形状,使肉丸不易被煮碎。若嫌麻烦,直接超市里肉丸也行。
