AM（ante meridiem的缩写）通常出现在12小时制式时间中，指一天中的午前（12点之前，即0：00：00～11：59：59），如9：10 ante meridiem.表示早上9：10，3：00 ante meridiem指凌晨3：00，12：00ante meridiem指子夜12点（midnight）。
