大部分人都延伸成了“那从天空中掉落的,并非雨水--而是（我的）眼泪”
我也觉得这样翻比较符合意境，但上面我只翻了原词。
个人觉得另一版翻的比较好的日文念白：
就算将那难以历数的伤痕
连同流逝的时间全部埋葬
也无法让我抵制心痛
从空中纷纷而下的并不是雨滴
而是我的点点泪水
算是对原文的延伸版吧。
