I'm Peter，I married person I have a three kids & family. I completed my education primary school to secondary school in Tangalle N. College in Tangalle. Also I completed the Diploma in Business Management and following the advanced national diploma in HRM from NIBM.
Coming to my family background, I have a mother, two brothers and two sisters. Married all of them.
I have a 14 years work experience in various destination in Administration, sale/marketing and HR departments. I have very good knowledge and professional experience in Administration, HR, and sales/marketing fields.
My strong strength is I care about my duty & responsibility's and my self-confidence. Include activating, managing, determination, leadership, expert knowledge, working to deadlines, teamwork, leadership, excellent communication, etc. I have a very good mind to learning for NEW. Quick Leaner.
And I have very good knowledge in excellent report generating Eg. Recruitment, Customer feedback, Employee relation, and Report for ISO implement, etc. And Excellent knowledge and experience in ITC without any hesitate.
Also bringing, I have language skills like English, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Sinhala, Tamil and basic of Malayalam. I have recovered problems solving from my language skills. It's most effecting for employee relations and recruitment & selection.
