小时候的我得了一种莫名的病，所以卧病在床的时候多，出远门问病求医的时候多，到大队的医院拿药打针的时候多。
卧床的日子，大人们都出工去了，孤独一人的我整天望着窗外明亮的世界，心里独自黯淡，巴望着有人背着我出去走走看看；上医院的时候，由于当时山里尚未通车，所以不管是路程远近，我都指望有人背上我，免除病中的我步行的艰辛。
我的这些愿望在很多的时候还总能实现。
卧床的日子，只要出工的母亲回家了，就会背上我到村里村外到处转转。
这时的母亲总会扶起我，然后蹲下身，成一尊优美的雕塑。
我总会双手围住母亲白皙的颈脖，母亲反过双手托住我，然后站起身，迈着碎步，踩笑了那一路野花。
母亲就这样颤悠悠的背着我，我的头就贴着母亲的背，吮吸着母亲身上散发出来的淡淡的清香，心，也因迷醉而发颤。
出远门求医的日子，大多是出过几次远门的二哥带着我。
到公社、到区里，到县城，最远到过武汉。
其中最难忘的还是那次到武汉去的情形：二哥背着已病得奄奄一息的我，在县城火车站混上了火车，那时的我，根本没有心思体味第一次坐火车的 ，欣赏窗外世界满目的风景，我被来自体内的钻心的痛楚折磨得死去活来，我巴不得早一点到医院，早一点解除我的病痛。
