我们这队有个饭团小组，他们是我们小队的特色。成功是在无数次实践的失败后才铸造成的，而成功最需要的首先是你要有"我会成功"的信心。凌导是饭团组的组长，出发前一天他突发奇想想到了做饭团，于是雷厉风行地借了蒸饭的木桶，借了大铁锅。然而第一天烧了一锅焦饭让凌导觉得前途堪忧，甚至想要放弃。那天的每日例会上气氛非常冷，凌导委屈地哭了，队长很坚决，就是要让凌导坚持下去。一咬牙，凌导拼了。第二天凌晨3点饭团小组全员出动，然而天不遂人愿，那个煤炉像是跟他们有仇，两个多小时了火还没着，各种辛酸泪埃不过结局还是让人满意的，最后香喷喷的糯米饭出炉了。没人教我们做饭团，但是，一切都是从没人教开始的，我们自学成才。当第一批饭团卖光的时候，我们整支队伍都激动了。
