大家好！很高兴在这里和大家一起探讨有关英语学习的问题。八年级的英语老师中高手很多，我相信每个老师都有自己一套行之有效的教学方法，在这里我只就我自己的一些个人体会，对同学们谈一些学习英语应该注意的方面。要学好英语，我认为应该注意如下几点：
第一，端正学习态度。
不想学习的人永远学不会。有些同学不是学不会，而是不想学。天上不会掉馅饼，只有付出才可能有收获。看看你周围的同学，哪一个学习优秀的同学不是把学习当成自己最大的事啊。没有端正的学习态度，所有的方法都是空谈，老师再讲得如何天花乱坠，如果听不到耳朵去，也是白费。
第二，克服畏难情绪。
相信自己，别人能学会，自己通过努力照样能学会。同学们身边有这样的例子，小学时英语学不会，到了初中，跟着老师一点点学，照样考到了九十多分一百多分。谁也不是天生就是学英语的料，谁的英语知识也是一点一滴积累起来的。她能你也能，只要一点点地跟着老师的思路走，按照老师说得去做，你每天也会进步。
第三，坚持很重要。
只有三天的热情是不够的，下定决心要做的事一定要坚持。
第四，讲究学习方法。
1、 学习单词时，读是第一位的，先会读再练写。读单词根据音标读单词比较容易，节省时间。音标是拐杖，学会了用音标拼单词，只要老师简单给你纠正一下个别不准确的读音，你就可以用自己掌握的音标知识很容易地读出单词了，就像学会了汉语拼音，你就会读新华字典上的所有单词一样。再注意，读单词时，一定要读得滚瓜烂熟，这样就为后边的写打下了基础。
2、 写单词时根据读音拼写单词比较省劲。根据读音分节记，很长的一个单词，化成几个音节，很快就记住了，这就是化繁为简。
3、懂得遗忘规律。有的同学认为自己永远记不住单词，并说，瞬间记住单词不难，难得是过一会儿就忘了。说得很好，不忘才不正常，你问问你们班英语考最高分的同学，单词记住一次永远不忘吗？遗忘是最正常的事，所以反复记忆很重要。第一天记住了第二天再记，第三天再记，有时间再和单词见个面，总是见面就熟了，印象深了，忘不了了。有科学研究发现，一般一个单词反复记七遍后就不容易忘了。
4、 词不离句。新学的生词在课本中的哪句话中出现的，背过这句话，不但记住了单词，而且单词的使用也没问题了，因为只记住一些零散的单词考试时是帮不上什么大忙的，试卷上的每道题都是以句子的形式出现的，记句子才是最聪明的做法。这样养成习惯后，连写小作文都不成问题。
5、 笔记要做好，老师举的例子也要写好，而且要有背笔记的习惯。你翻开以前自己做不上的那些自认为很难的那些题，往往是老师讲过的知识点自己没记住而不知所措。
6、 课本比做题重要，掌握好课本才能以不变应万变。单词反复背写，对话课文背熟写过。这是最最有用的。做题前先把课本中的东西复习一下，再做题很轻松很自信。
7、 翻看错题很重要。就是以前的好题集锦本，我上学时就是自发地弄错题本，厚厚的塑料皮本子，所列错题一直带着，没事时翻翻，尤其考试前翻翻，很有效果。

一直从事低年级英语教学的我，让学生在我的英语课堂上体味到开心体验到学习的成功与乐趣，是我最大的目标。我也始终相信只要有认真勤奋的工作态度，在教学的过程中，多多注意教育的细节，处理好细微之处，精彩便可以呈现在课堂的每一个环节中。众所周知，好习惯能让人终身受益。从培养学生终身学习能力的角度出发，我从细节入手，注重培养学生良好的学习习惯和浓厚的英语学习兴趣，传授学生知识的同时也注重彰显学生的个性。
首先，耐心细心、循序渐进地培养学生良好的听英语的习惯。

其次，细化课堂、优化教学，培养学生良好的说英语的习惯。
有资料显示，在整个学习的过程中，只有10%的知识是从读中学到的，20%的知识是从听中学到的，30%的知识是通过看学到的，而70%的知识是从读、看和说的协同中学到的，90%的知识是通过一边做肢体动作一边说学到的。（turtledove，1993）在学生渐渐养成良好的听英语的习惯的前提下，我们可以充分营造轻松愉悦的课堂氛围，活用教材、优化课堂、加强示范、善于鼓励，培养学生乐于开口说英语用英语的习惯。
一、二年级的英语以歌曲、歌谣为主，小学生又有着听觉敏锐，善于模仿，对节奏、音调、韵律、节拍的感受力强的心理特点，在实际的教学过程中，我们可以利用课内外的音乐资源，如教学光盘、课件、简笔画等，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，增强其记忆力，提高情感与认知水平以及音乐智能。但是低年级学生年纪小，在英语学习中容易受母语的影响，而且学习缺乏主动性和自觉性，对知识的遗忘率很高，因此在教授新知识的时候情景的设计和教师的示范这两个细节显得尤其重要。在教授friends朋友这一课中，我设计了交朋友这一活动，先由hello交朋友的故事引出朋友的话题，再由师生对话进行示范，let’s be friends，Ok。 接着请生生示范，并且以交朋友为话题从小组到大组再到班级的范围进行操练，最后拓展到让学生在新学期里找朋友交朋友这一活动中继续去巩固，学生在这一课堂中不仅学会了所学知识，还认识了许多新朋友，树立了学习的信心，更体会到了说英语的乐趣。除此之外，善于总结和归纳教学内容触类旁通、活用教材也能帮助学生习得良好的说英语的习惯。如系列的语言教学动物、文具、职业或者是各种节日以及教授与节日相关的英语知识，简单举例如母亲节，与母亲节有关的话题有family、家庭成员的单词、节日问候语、亲情教育、中西方文化在取名字方面的差异、甚至还可以延伸到更多的有家庭聚会的西方节日等。
总之，教师在善于总结善于归纳的同时，要把握学生的心理、善于挖掘学生的潜能、抓住孩子想说的意愿，设计不同的语言场景和符合学生学习实际的语言或对话，充分发挥教师这一引导角色，指导学生小组互动、合作学习、学以致用，让学生在体验中学习在学习中体验收获自信和成功的喜悦。这就是我想说的第三点：在活动中合作学习，在评价中成长。

听力方面，除了每周二，周五的课外听力训练外，还保证每周课堂上不少于两节的课堂听力训练，而材料的选择力求以高考的难易程度为标准。高考阅读理解能力的考查分值占全卷的一半以上。阅读理解能力的提高，既可以帮助学生顺利地解答阅读理解题，也有助于解答完形填空。通过阅读理解训练，学生既可以巩固和加强各项英语基础知识，又可以学习到许多英语表达的方法和技巧，这些又是书面表达的基础。所以我们在英语复习的整个过程中，始终以培养和提高阅读理解能力为中心，有计划地对学生进行了大量的阅读和完形的训练，特别在二轮复习里。除了周练，我们还定期在课上进行限时阅读训练。选材时，我们根据近几年的高考试题特点，选择内容真实，语篇结构较为复杂，有较大的阅读量与信息量的材料，争取所选材料包括各种题材和体裁。书面表达复习方面，我们的做法是：每周写一篇，精选体裁及题目，精讲写作技巧，强调书写的重要性，扎扎实实地练好每一篇作文。并且每次作文训练都会选出各班的优秀作文加以点评，印发给学生学习。同时特别强化了高考新题型完成句子题的训练。通过强化训练使学生认识和熟悉了新题型，不再觉得那么畏惧和困惑，并且有了一定的提高。整个二轮复习在进行这些专题复习的同时，我们适时掺入适量的模拟训练，同时搞好信息反馈，帮助学生及时查漏补缺。
后期工作设想：
1）加强集体备课，落实好每位高三英语任课教师的拼题和精选试题的工作。
2）上好试卷讲评课，每次综合训练后，针对学生存在问题，设计一份专项训练题，时间一课时，内容重在基础知识的训练，主要项目建议为单选，完成句子和书面表达题。
3）早日组织学生定时定量进行回头看，即看课本、看已做过的练习和试题集，看自己的错题集等，并教会学生看的方法和技巧。要将看的重点放在基础知识题上。
4）组织学生定时定量地背一些句型和不规则动词的过去式和过去分词，解决学生在书面表达中常用动词写错的问题。
5）严格进行限时模拟训练，教师在监考时要了解不同学生在答题时所耗时间，遇到棘手的难题时采取的策略，涂卡时是否细心、准确等情况，帮助学生总结考试的经验，保证学生在高考规定的时间内，先将有把握的分拿到手。
6）五月下旬，适当降低练习的难度，增强学生的自信心，使他们保持良好的应试心态，迎接高考。
7）协助各班班主任做好学生的考前心理辅导工作。
8）要认真研究网上阅卷对学生可能出现的不利因素，提前做好应对措施工作。

首先，在做阅读题和做数学题中唯一的共同点是：一不小心，就掉进了“花时间又读不懂”的坑。那么，该如何多快好省地做阅读呢？许多同学倾向于先读原文再看题干，其实，对高三的同学来说为了节约时间，提高答题率，正确的阅读解题步骤，应该这样三步走：1阅读题干，找出关键词。2快速浏览原文，定位对应的关键词。3理解原文关键词前后部分，匹配正确选项。把一句句子拆成组块会让我们更好理解长难句，这些组块中的关键词，就成了了解组块的必要条件，一般可以根据选项确定关键词，再在组块中寻找关键词，多多圈画文中一些表转折、表因果等等的关系词，如though、but、because。而要想推理出正确的选项可以去寻找解释或总结性的标点符号，如破折号、冒号，同样也可以利用组块，尽可能地识别出“张冠李戴”或是“以假乱真”的选项。此外还可以去寻找原文和选项中可以同义互换的部分；以及寻找段首断尾总结性的内容。
其次，在做完型时可以边看边划出本文的时态，然后逐步看下来，根据上下文理解含问题句大概的含义去找适合的选项，若碰到不会的词划出来，先避开，看完整句话看看能不能猜测出来大概的含义，十一选十也是同理，碰到不认识的单词或不能理解的句子也不必慌张，可以采用排除法，从自己熟悉的地方下手，逐个击破。
提到英语就不得不提背单词。单词要背，但不代表要死记硬背。死记硬背只是机械记忆，也就是通过反复重复的方式记忆，只建立了语言通路，而我们可以运用比喻法、联想法、图表法等扩展出情景道路，将学到的单词真正内化。在记忆单词的时候与能够相对应的一起记忆，或者拉上你的小伙伴一起背，你们的交流互动也可以成为一个场景，给单纯的背单词赋予互相鼓励督促这一意义。若是实在提不起背单词的兴趣，可以给自己设置一些奖励，背完单词看一集新更新的剧，或者营造一个良好的氛围，带上单词书走进喜欢的咖啡厅。这样一来，记单词枯燥的过程便能一直在多巴胺分泌充足的氛围中进行。同时由于多巴胺活化了神经细胞，记忆效率也会慢慢提高，背单词便不再是那么痛苦的一件事，形成了良性循环。

Right now, I‘m stAnding on this glAmorous stAge But everything here reminds me of is A not so fun memory Around this time lAst yeAr I wAs in NAnjing competing in Another speech contest ThAt wAs the first time for me to be in such A lArge event Of course the pressure I wAs under wAs immense too After A sleepless And stressful night, I went onto thAt stAge without the feeling in my legs ThAt speech turned out to be horrible I don‘t remember how I get down from there, but I do remember AfterwArds I just wAnted to find A hole to hide in just like the Ant in the story BAck At my school, it took A long time for me to recover ThAnks to All the help I got from my speciAl friends My confidence wAs restored After rounds of giving speeches And Answering tough questions, I Am here todAy From All thAt I‘ve been through I‘ve leArned thAt A good future is based on A forgotten pAst, if I wAnt my life to go on well I hAve to let go of my pAst fAilure So todAy, with out feAr, I Am tripping my elephAnt AgAin
