合作,英语是什么？
课堂教学中如何如果能有效开展小组合作学习，将有利于师生之间、生生之间的情感沟通和信息交流，有利于凸显学生个体的主体意识，形成学生群体的合作意识，使他们真正成为课堂教学的主动参与者。那么如何使小组合作学习更有效呢？我有如下的思考：
一、学生会分组
学生要分组合作，首先要设立一个科学的小组，这个组内部得有组长、记录员和组员。在组内有合理的分工，组长负责组内的分配与组织工作，记录员负责记录经过合作学习得到的知识，而组员是在组长的组织下进行讨论与研究的人，在组内各司其职才能有序地进行小组合作学习。否则，小组合作学习也不过是一盘散沙，合作的效率也不高。记得，刚刚开始提倡小组合作学习的时候，我为了让生尝试一下小组合作学习，于是就自然地以课上的座位为基准，让学生四人一组，并没有给学生明确分工，就开始让学生小组合作探究新知，导致了整个课堂上，很多学生不知道怎么去研究，都你看着我，我看着你，结果还是我一言堂教下来的，我的小组合作学习根本也没有达到相应的目的，那堂课成了失败的课。所以，在小组合作的时候一定要有明确的分工，各组员协调合作，才能取到较好的效果。
二、学生要合作
学生的合作意识并非与生俱来的。何况我们在教学中，要求学生要独立思考，自己能做的事自己做。原来的教学中，我们的学生往往是在教师的主宰下去小组合作活动，他们成为了被动的机器，丧失了主观能动性。因此，我们教师要创设适宜学生学习的情境，渲染集体合作的气氛，使学生发自内心地产生的要合作的意愿。在小学英语教学中，单词的教学一般在教师的指导下学习，只有在学习对话交流时，学生才会觉得光靠自己的能力可能无法完全掌握，才会有合作学习的意愿，因此在这样的小组合作学习中提高了学生综合运用语言的能力。比如，三年级学生刚刚学习了“What
’s your name I’m……”“How are you I’m fine,thank
you”等简单句型时，学生就会急于在小组间进行这样的交流，这样的小组合作学习无形中提高了学生综合运用语言的能力。
三、学生能合作
新课程为学生的合作学习设计了很多活动环节和学习情境，但作为一线的我们在英语教学中往往会遇到这样的问题——学生没有合适的、足够的合作材料即学具，正所谓“巧妇难为无米之炊”，学生没有要任凭学习的材料，只是空想罢了，因此准备小组合作学习的材料是开展有效合作学习的物质基础与前提。
对于学习材料的准备，我总结了两个方面：
一是教师准备学习材料。对于农村学校的学生来说，有的教学内容，学生无法去准备一些教学材料，但是用小组合作学习才能取得更好的效果，这样的材料最好让教师来准备。比如说在教学单词的过程中，学生没有新单词的学习卡片，这样的情况下，教师可在网上搜索一些相关的，供学生来观看与学习，每组分一套，在学习过程中学生的积极性就高一些，学习兴趣也浓一些，学习的效果就好一些。
二是学生自制学习材料。如我曾经教学PEP

四、学生会合作
作为一种语言教学，学生在英语课堂的合作交流中学习与运用语言，非常重要，但要让学生的小组合作学习处于有序状态，学生之间进行实质性的互动，才能取得预期的效果，学生必须掌握一定的合作技能学会如何合作。
1、学生要学会倾听。在相互交流中，每个学生一定要会倾听他人说话的习惯。在小组成员进行语言交际的时候，学生必须先听清发言者的话，听懂对方的语句。有些英语句子非常容易混淆，如果学生没有认真倾听，往往会答非所问，从而影响到小组合作的效果。
2、学会表达。在小组交流中，要求学生清楚地表达自己的想法与见解，让伙伴们听懂你的语言。我们在教学时也不止一次遇到这种情况：有的同学自己理解得很到位，但是语言表达得不到位，导致伙伴们听不懂他的发言，这样也会直接影响到小组合作的效果。
3、另外还有一些基本的技能：如思考的技能、讨论的技能、组织的技能等都是不可缺少的小组合作技能，只有掌握了这些技能，小组合作才会有序地进行，合作效果才能更好。
五、小组合作学习与其他教学形式相结合
小组合作学习，作为一种学习形式，并非万能的，有的教学内容不适合小组合作学习时，必须要求其他形式的教学。比如，在教学语法知识的时候，必须要求教师提供示范，学生跟读录音或跟教师读，这样的内容即使用小组合作学习也取不到较好的效果，甚至可能会出现一人错导致小组错的结果。所以小组合作学习与要与班集体教学、个性化教学相结合，做到取长补短。
总之，在小学英语课堂中，小组合作学习的教学方法并非灵丹妙药，它需要长时间的摸索、研究、实践才能成功，教师坠子良好的学科知识外，还要掌握一定的合作学习的掌控技能，设计好的合作方案和教学活动，而且要用得巧妙，恰到好处，小组合作学习才能取得最佳效果。
