1 你应该注意到了前句的would have walked to the station即would have done sth，其意思为“本可以”，是对过去发生的事情的虚拟，隐含“事实上我们当初并没有步行去车站”的事实。

所以才有后句对当时发生的事实的描述(即当时打了的士车去车站)。所以后句所表达的含义也是对当时(过去)所发生的动作的描述，当然就用一般过去时了。

2 句型：主句 + by the time + 从句。

此句型表明主句的动作是延续到从句动作发生的时间之内的，所以其时态搭配一般如下：

1）从句如果是一般过去时，则主句一般是过去完成时(如果是it be的结构则只需用一般过去时)；

2）从句如果是一般现在时，则主句一般是现在完成时或将来完成时。

3 固定短语：read between the lines “领会字里行间的含义”

4 suchthat是“如此以至于”，that后接的是一个结果状语从句。也就是说后面的句子是一个以that引导的完整的句子。本题中如果用that，则will do you harm很明显缺少主语，所以不能用suchthat；

而suchas结构中，as是定语从句的关系代词。as代替先行词things，并做定语从句中（）will do you harm的主语。

5 固定句型：hardlywhen “一就”

when前的句子是“一”，而when后的句子意为“就”；

前句用过去完成时，后句则用一般过去时；

本篇作文，整体难度不大，减轻压力的话题也是平时必须准备的题目。总体难度还可以。但是有一些表达，同学们可以学着优化一下。

1 充满信心，同学们不要想着用be full of confidence, 实际上由于语言表达的不同，本句跟be full of其实没多大关系。就用have confidence in 就可以了。

2 几个同学平行并列表达看法的时候，同学们容易写成流水账。A说完，B说，然后C说。我的范文用用however表示A和B两个人的对比，然后用as for因此C。这样连贯性上更灵活一些。

3 至于减轻压力，这个话题的常见表达有很多。比如：
