全国外语翻译证书考试是教育部考试中心与北京外国语大学合作举办，在全国实施的面向全体公民的非学历证书考试。 考试合格者可分别获得初级笔译证书、中级笔译证书、高级笔译证书。

我正在做这方面的工作，兼职
1。每月工作不定，一般英译中刚入门40-50元/千字中文，中译英80左右。一般人一天的翻译量大概在千字左右，也有牛人一天上万的。
2。基本没什么很硬的门槛，我的经历：网上投简历，收到电话，收到试译稿，翻译试译稿，审核通过。
对经历什么的要求不严，证书也没要。
3。不一定要专门英语专业的，但是要有一定的翻译强项：比如我是医学、化学、生物类的强项。
但是也很少接到很对口的活。
4。翻译工具就看你自己喜欢了，雅信cat不错，可以试试。也可以不用专门工具，就word好了。
