隔音，隔音，隔音（说三遍）一定要做好，不然邻居天天来敲门。我家房子是自建房，二楼，在室内铺满了失眠10㎝隔音棉，然后木工板做保护。个人觉得，隔音还行。这个要根据每个人的经济实力和对音质的要求。从最俭省的角度来说，如果家里有台安卓大屏彩电，那么再加一套无线话筒一台前后级合并功放，和两只10寸卡包箱就可以了。无线话筒可以选v段的，价格便宜，像得胜的三百多就可以搞定，效果也不差。
普通的一套卡拉OK设备，大概在3000元-12000元左右。一般的配置包括：点歌机（也可以用电脑或手机代替）、一拖二U段麦克风、合并功放机、卡包音箱，总价约3000-8000元。最多也就11000元，根据家庭条件上不封顶。自己DIY点歌电脑，自己做双声道KTV歌曲，自己给点歌系统加歌，有兴趣的可以私聊。
这样的配置，装修不算，装修不好预算，这些设备自己加下大概花个3万左右是要的，装修如果省点2万下来，基本上5万左右一个专业的25平方的KTV包间就出来了，效果的话，秒杀市面上90%以上的KTV了，你唱功好的话，跟演唱会没什么区别了！
性价比最高的还是国产高端。一般发来说进口品牌三分之一到二分之一左右的价格就能买到一套可以跟它媲美的国产设备了。自己手工打造的话五六百元就够了，咸鱼上选择发烧级的进口拆箱喇叭共200元左右，淘宝买音箱板材配件等100元，21的500w功放板及前级200元，解码板50元。
一台电视机,目前好点的42寸液晶7000左右差不多就这些了，剩下的是室内装修，花多少钱全看自己。如果还想做舞台什么的再另外加成本。
