大学阶段，非英语专业的。
大学对于英语，印象最多应该是四六级考试了。由于到大三，很多大学都没有英语课，所以很多人对英语也没有那么多的热情，我建议可以把大一大二的课本背一背，然后再选择一些四六级范文来背诵。不要小看这些，我觉得对你的帮助是很重要的。
英语专业或者研究生阶段的。
我觉得英语专业或者是研究生对选读英语要求是较高的，英语水平也是较好的啦。所以我推荐大家背一些英语版的名著，也可以是双语的，主要根据自己的兴趣爱好来选择。我推荐《莎士比亚》，可以选里面的一些诗集和剧作。这也是我非常喜欢的，很经典。
除此了这些之外，大家都还可以背诵一些像新东方的《美文背诵30篇》，星火英语《晨读英语美文100篇》等背诵文章。不过还是要说，适合自己的才是最好的，加油。
