奥林匹克宪章第27条第1、3款规定，国际奥组委官方用语为法语和英语。除另有书面明确说明外，一旦奥林匹克宪章及其他国际奥委会文件的英法文出现歧义，以法文为准。

The official languages of the IOC are French and English, as stipulated in clauses 1 and 3 of Article 27 in the Olympic Charter. In the case of divergence between the French and English texts of the Olympic Charter and all other IOC documents, the French text shall prevail unless expressly provided otherwise in writing.
